1.       Defective/damaged/different Product delivered: Please take photo (clear) of the product. Send the photo thru email.

1.       Contact company via the registered email, attaching the image aforementioned within one week of receiving the defective/wrong item

1.       In what condition can items be returned-  defect in items, wrong item delivered

1.       Once contacted, company will verify the information in the email and if found true, will send the return address and reference number for use while returning

1.       Also, company will give options to the customer for refund: a) credits to account which can be used for further purchase in future, b) full refund to the credit/debit card account, used for online purchase

1.       If customer does not like the item and would like to return, customers will be provided with the options of exchange or issuance of credit to the account, but not refund
